Woodland Property Services Ltd was established in 1998 by managing director Matt Fearn. Under the management of Matt and operations director Dave Norton, the business has firmly established itself as a quality provider of asset maintenance, repairs and development services to a variety of sectors including social housing and insurance services.

Employing 32 staff and based at our customer information centre in Ascot Business Park, Derby, WPS currently service more than 17 clients throughout the Midlands and the North East and have contracts and partnerships in place with large associations such as Friendship Care and Housing in Nottingham and Birmingham.

We pride ourselves on delivering an efficient and cost effective service to our clients while ensuring top standards of workmanship, communication and customer service.
