History

In 1991 Matthew Fearn formed a company called Swift Environmental Services Ltd. Swift's main focus was to offer a comprehensive drainage services across the Midlands.

Matthew soon found that, to ensure continuous employment for his loyal base of operatives, a summer strategy was required and so Swift diversified into pest control and soon the company was offering its services to the whole of the UK.

Woodlands Property Services Ltd was formed out of Swift in 1998 when, again to ensure continuous work for his people, Matthew took the bold step to move into the Social Housing arena and broaden the company's areas of interest to include a wider range of services and so to offer a complete solution to the sector.

Woodlands main focus through this period of sustained growth has always been customer service and the quality of service offered. ISO 9001 and 14002 accreditations were gained along the way as well as further diversification into other markets and sectors such as Insurance.

Woodland Property Services now supports a diverse range of public and private sector organisations offering best-in-class Key Performance Indicators as well as total value for money.
