For every million pounds that the client spends with Woodland the company gives back one percent of the value to benefit areas the client serves. This can potentially result in up to 4% of the contract value as not only is the financial reward from Woodland Property Services Ltd a net figure but we will also canvass our suppliers and contacts within the industry to support any challenges undertaken on behalf of the communities we serve.
