Refurbishment and structural work to a house/office into a Barber's.

Woodland have completed the internal demolition of a house / old office space into a stylish barber Shop. Firstly the roof had to be repaired to make the property water tight. In order for the barbershop to meet the owners dream we had to take out the internal walls which included a structural wall. Woodland installed portal frames and steels to make the building structurally safe for the walls and chimney to be removed. New joist, drainage, floorboards, partition walls and stairs were installed. All plumbing works were then completed to enable the kitchen, bathroom and salon chair basin to be installed. A New PVCU front and back door have also been fitted and electrical work carried out followed by a team of plasters working on walls and ceilings. Once the plaster had dried we implemented the second fix plumbing and electrics were complete ready for our floorers to go in and finished by decorating throughout.

"Woodlands have worked alongside me to deliver me the dream barbershop to a high spec for me to be able to offer the village of Spondon my services in a new trendy environment. Work was completed within deadline for me to move me and other people that work for the Shop to move to the new space prior to the Christmas rush! Thanks to every one of the tradesmen for their hard work"
