Housing & care 21 are a retirement housing and care service provider for people aged 55 and over. Minden court consists of 34, 1 bedroom flats are fitted with CareLine alarm services with an onsite resident staff manager.

Due to the health and safety issues, Woodland made the decision to have a permanent Resident Liaisons officer on the project to ensure all residents were happy and informed throughout the different stages of work.
